Jose Luis De Leon Jr., age 46, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in El Paso, Texas. He was born on January 24, 1979, in El Paso to the late Jose Luis De Leon Sr. and Refugio A. De Leon.
A proud graduate of Bel Air High School, Class of 1998, Jose Luis was known for his warm heart, generous spirit, and the deep connections he built with those around him. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother and brother, Alberto Arredondo, and by the many family members and friends whose lives he touched.
Jose Luis’s mother, Refugio, extends her heartfelt gratitude to his many friends in San Angelo and El Paso for their love, support, and friendship throughout the years.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas, with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 26, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N Mesa Street, El Paso, Texas.
