Jose is survived by his wife, Margarita C. Rodriguez; his daughters, Ida Saucedo (Gil), Irma Rodriguez, and Norma Scholz (Jim); and his grandchildren, Natalie, Valerie, and Aiden.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, Texas 79906.
