Jose Arturo Ulloa

In Loving Memory of our brother José Arturo Ulloa. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother José Arturo Ulloa, who departed to be with our Lord on May 14, 2026.

Arturo was born on November 27, 1953 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México to Moisés and Delia Ulloa(deceased). Arturo had a brilliant mind, and from an early age his extraordinary intellect set him apart from others. He earned his Electrical engineering degree from La Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He was a lifelong learner who read profusely and encouraged others to do the same.

He is survived by his daughter Deboraha, grandson Angel Fernando, daughter Angélica and grandchildren Maria Isabela and José, brother René(Darlene) Ulloa, sisters Ofelia (Alfonso)Mendoza, Martha (Ruben) Acuña, and Laura (Lorenzo)Díaz. Countless nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Marcial A., Luis A., and Miguel A., niece Vanessa Ulloa and parents Moisés and Delia Ulloa.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing Arturo’s memories will remain with us forever and that he is now at peace with our Lord and Savior.

Memorial services will be as follows: Monday June 8th visitation from 4pm – 9pm with Rosary at 6pm at Funeraria Del Angel 12400 Montana Ave. Mass will be on Tuesday June 9th at St Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church on 12200 Vista del Sol at 10am and burial at Evergreen East on 12400 Montana Ave.
