

Julio Valdenegro, Sr., age 88 passed away on October 9, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, whose life was dedicated to providing for his family as a skilled carpenter. As a carpenter and lifelong member of Our Lady of Guadalupe, he enjoyed using his creative skills in service to the church & providing hours of enjoyment to generations of kids. As part of WWII’s “Greatest Generation” He served as part of the 69th Infantry. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Maxine and daughter Patricia Galindo, sister Guadalupe Juarez. He is survived by sons; Julio Jr. (Jill), Richard (Edna) daughters: Irene & Roy Rodriguez, Laura & Phillip Salazar, son in law Gaspar Galindo III. Grandkids: Yvonne & Tim Craig, Yvette, Julio III, Rick & Lio, Adrian & Elizabeth, Andrena & Nick, Marisa,Veronica & Andrew, Gus IV & Natalie, Gabriel & Catherine, Jennifer, Melissa, Amanda; Great Grandkids: Emilia and Hayden, D.J., Jalen, Simone and Gabriela, Isabela, Abby, Sam ,Francesca, Alexis and Jackson, Gabriel Ryan and Patricia, Andrew, Mimi; Sisters: Jessie and Ester, brother Henry. Viewing will be Sunday 4- 6pm October 14, 2012 at Martin Funeral Home Central with a rosary at 6:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held 9:45am, Monday, October 15, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
