Kenneth Curtis Payne, age 89, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter Mary Frances Payne; his sister Jackie Phillips; his nephew Steve Phillips, his niece Donna Phillips and his niece Carolyn.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his spouse Maria Micaela Payne; his daughter Maria Susana Payne; his mother Myrtle S Payne and his father JP Payne.

Visitation for Kenneth will be held Monday, December 27, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903. Committal to follow at 11:00 AM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza, El Paso, Texas 79907.
