Leonardo is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Torres; his two sons, Leonard and Daniel Torres; and his cherished grandchildren, Joshua, Iliana, Emily, and Michael Torres.
He Graduated from Jefferson High School and attended monthly reunion dinners regularly. He served in the US Army for two years before receiving an honorable discharge and continued his career at Guynes printing.
Leonardo was a quiet man who often kept his thoughts and opinions to himself, but he was also strong-willed and determined, never afraid to stand his ground for what he believed in. He was devoted to his family and always willing to help those in need, especially when someone needed a little extra support. Though Leonardo liked to be careful with money, his generosity and love for his family always showed through.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him. His presence, strength, and quiet love will be deeply missed forever.
Visitation for Leonardo will be Monday, June 8, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a vigil at 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel-Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903, (915) 566-3955. Funeral mass will be Wednesday, June 10th at 12:30 PM in Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 4805 Byron St, El Paso, Texas 79930 with interment to follow in Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, Texas 79906.
