Librada H. Otero passed on July 20, 2026, at the age of 102. Born on August 16, 1923 to her parents Ismael and Eloisa Hernandez.

Librada was preceded in death by her parents, Ismael Hernandez and Eloisa Mendoza, and is survived by her son, David Otero, and her grandsons, David Joshua Otero and Ramon Delgado.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a Catholic Scripture Service at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903.
