Manuel an Socorro Meza were lifelong residents of Santa Catalina Island in the town of Avalon. Manuel worked for the Southern California Edison Company for over 55 years. He was in charge of the island fresh water quality. Socorro was the senior housekeeper of the islands prime hotels for over 55 years. They leave behind 1 son, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Manuel leaves behind his 94 year old sister Dolores Puentes the last of all his siblings. They will be sorely missed.
