I just learned about his passing this morning. My heart goes out to his family. I met him almost 7 years ago as my trainer at the old EP fitness on James watt.  He was a genuinely caring person. I think I ended up going to train with him mostly because as he was killing me doing burpees he was listening to my venting and giving me advice. He was the honesty I needed at that time in my life. He went above and beyond the training scope and im glad I met him.  The best part is that I still use his advice "Was it worth it" and that applies to all good and bad aspects of life. Was that moment worth it.  Rest easy Sir and thank you....

I found out about his passing 2 weeks but I could not obtain further details until today, and... I had to process this. 
I knew him since his days at EP James Watt & because I was also a trainer, we always had invigorating conversations. He was/is optimism personified! He was an infusion of pure positivity every time that I saw him.
I know that it may seem impossible but please don’t be sad. He wouldn’t want that. Instead remember the excellence & beauty that he brought to this world.  At his new home he now awaits his loved ones. 
RIP my friend, you were the best of the best!

I hope that this message finds your loved ones in the very best of health and spirit. I never had the pleasure of meeting you, however, I know your daughter Angela. Angela and I have worked together in the past and became great friends. She's a very doting mother and loves hard and prays even harder. Sending you my deepest heartfelt condolences. God bless you all!

Manny over the years made several trips back to Beale.   Taco Flores was his place of choice and always fun times together.  He was one of the best and will be missed.
