She was born to Isabel Scholz and Clarence Scholz on August 6, 1944. She attended St. Joseph Elementary and completed her high school education at Loretto Academy. She fell in love with her husband Edmund Deeb Ansara and dedicated her life to serving her family members. Three wonderful children and a loving brother survive her: Gloria Ansara Pena, Robert Ansara, Gilbert Ansara, and Bob Scholz. She will be joining two of her children in the kingdom of Heaven: Deeb Ansara and Sharon Ansara Raja. Mary also has several amazing grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was funny, youthful, and loved to laugh. She enjoyed visiting with her children and grandchildren. She dedicated her life to taking care of her family and watching them grow into wonderful human beings. Mary was passionate about her faith.
Visitation will be from 11:30am-130pm Friday, March 19, 2021 at Funeraria del Angel Central (Martin Funeral Home), 3839 Montana St. with Vigil at 12:00pm. Burial will be at 2:00pm at Evergreen Cemetery on Alameda St. The vigil will be livestreamed on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/fdacentral/
As we were unable to hold a ceremony at her church due to Covid, in lieu of flowers, we would request you to light a candle at your local church in her honor.
