Mary Frances Seiver was born July 31, 1932 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Leon Lowe and Mary Lou Stokes, passed away, April 5, 2011 in El Paso, Texas at the age of 78. Frances is survived by her loving husband, Vern R. Seiver, her sons, Jerry Wayne Seiver, Randy Lee Seiver and Steven Lawrence Seiver and her daughter, Brenda Sue Arnall. She is also loving survived by her 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and her sisters, Anita Hufford, Barbara Celum and Lea (Stinky) Bannister. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2011 at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements under the direction of Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana Ave.
