Beloved Mom and wife, Matilde "Tillie" Figueroa, was peacefully called to her heavenly home. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Tomas A. Figueroa, her parents, Agustin and Maria Luisa Arellano, her brothers Jose Luis Arellano, Fernando "Nando" Arellano, Jose Luis "Pato" Arellano and her sisters, Maria "Dora" Martinez and Teresa "Tere" Viera. She is survived by her only son Tomas "Tommy" A. Figueroa Jr., her siblings Margarita Hernandez (+Nazario Hernandez), Dolores Ramirez (+Felipe Ramirez), Ofelia "Tely" Carrasco (Eddie Carrasco), Agustin Arellano (Virginia Arellano) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be missed tremendously but never forgotten.

A Vigil will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 12:30 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 3729 Hueco Ave. With the Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM. Followed by a Graveside Service at 2:30 PM, at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, Texas 79906.
