Norma Cisneros, age 73, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021. Norma was born May 5, 1948 to Josefina and Armando Telles.

Norma is survived by her daughter Yvette Quiñones; her daughter Jessica Cisneros; and her son Humberto Caro Jr.; her grandson Dominic Quiñones; her brother Armando Telles Jr. and her sister Isabel Kennedy.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents Armando and Josefina Telles and sister Cynthia Telles Field.

Norma also leaves behind nieces, nephews and cousins to cherish her memory.
