Rafael Solis

Rafael is survived by his spouse of 69 years, Rachel G. Solis; his son Rev. Ralph Solis; his daughter Rose M. Solis (Georgia Allred); and his son John T. Solis (Maribel Solis); his niece Joennetta Sanchez (Eduardo Sanchez), his granddaughter Jessica Solis (Pablo Medina), his granddaughter Angelica Mejia (Jaime Mejia), his grandson John A. Solis, his granddaughter Armida Solis, his grandson Eric Solis, his granddaughter Jaqueline Ducki (Jonathan Ducki), his grandson Edward P. Sanchez and his granddaughter Katherine Sanchez (Susan Payne).

Rafael was preceded in death by his mother Cayetana Solis and his father Pedro Solis.

Rafael also leaves behind 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.

Our father Rafael was a great husband, loving dad, grandfather and great-grandfather. He dedicated all his time to his family and was a servant of the Lord as a Deacon to his Community.

A funeral mass for Rafael will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., EL Paso, Texas 79907. Inurnment to follow at 11:30 AM at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, Texas 79906.
