

Rodolfo Beltran, age 90, of El Paso, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2026. Born July 5, 1935, in El Paso, Texas, Rodolfo was beloved, cherished, and devoted—steadfast in family and the quiet strength of a life well lived.
On May 13, 1955, he married Domitila Beltran, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in love and commitment. Rodolfo worked as a master locksmith for Beltran Locksmith, a trade that reflected his patience, skill, and pride in honest work. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, and he carried a deep passion for his family that could be felt in every gathering, every conversation, and every moment shared.
Rodolfo is survived by his wife Domitila Beltran and his children Rodolfo Beltran Jr., Rose Yvette Sandoval and Ruby Marie Obregon. He was preceded in death by his daughter Rita Ann Huante and his grandson Orlando Salazar.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his grandchildren Rodolfo Beltran III, Michael Beltran, Timothy Beltran, Severa Beltran, Ruby Lewis, Christine Marie Sandoval, Ruben "JR" Sandoval, Jacob Daniel Sandoval, Pamela Martin, Jesus Martin, Sarai Obregon, and 16 great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother Moises Beltran Sr. and his sister Magdalena Castaneda. With his passing Rodolfo has been reunited with his parents Manuel and Rafaela Beltran and 9 brothers and sisters.
A Vigil will be held at Saint Paul The Apostle Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa Ave, El Paso, Texas 79901, on March 4, 2026, at 9:00am with a rosary taking place at 10:00am. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 am.
Immediately following the mass, a procession will begin promptly at 12:15pm for A Committal Service at Fort Bliss Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906, on March 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
