Rosa is survived by her son Cesar Falcón, his wife Stephanie, daughter Lydia Cisneros and her husband Gustavo, grandchildren Darian Falcón-Garcia, Julian, Emma and Gustavo Cisneros III, brother Jesus Falcón and sister Cora Stasel, plus many beloved nieces, nephews and Godchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Aurora Falcón, sister Hilda Falcón and brother Pete Skaggs.
Rosa was a devoted mother and terrific friend. She was a life-long Dallas Cowboys fan, regardless of how the season went. She was an incredibly hard worker and always provided for her family. She loved a good movie and a good joke. We will forever miss her laugh.
