Rosario V. Payan, 67 passed away May 24, 2015. She is survived by her daughter Emily Payan, three brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, May 29, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9pm at Martin Funeral Home Central with a 7pm vigil. Funeral mass will be 10:00 am Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
