Sandra Lucia Ochoa

Sandra Lucia Ochoa, 69, entered eternal rest on February 22, 2026. Born on December 12, 1956, she was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. A strong and spirited woman, Sandra was known for her bold personality, her fierce love for her family, and the unwavering strength she displayed throughout her courageous battle with cancer. A devoted Catholic, she held steadfast to her faith, drawing comfort and strength from her relationship with God.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Leopoldo and Leonor Ochoa; her siblings Lupe and Leo; and her niece, Stephanie.

She is survived by her devoted siblings Patricia (Juan), Rick, Albert, and Chris (Tania). Sandra was a proud and loving aunt to her nieces and nephews: Jacob, Ariana, Christopher, Adam, Savanna, Timothy, and Lauren. She also leaves behind her cherished great-nieces and great-nephews, who brought light and joy to her life.

Though she never married or had children of her own, Sandra’s love ran deep. She protected, supported, and stood strong for those she loved. She will be remembered for her resilience, her honesty, her strength, and the unmistakable spark that made her uniquely Sandra.

While our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing she is now reunited in eternal peace with her parents, siblings, and niece who went before her. May she rest in the peace of Christ.

Vigil will be held Friday, March 20, 2026 at 9:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso, Texas 79903. Memorial mass will follow at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3729 Hueco Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
