Tiburcio is survived by his daughter Laura Ramirez; his granddaughter Taila Kwok and his grandson Johnyu Kwok.
Tiburcio was preceded in death by his spouse Juana Terrazas Mata; his mother Maria De La Luz Ramirez and his father Ciriaco Ramirez.
Visitation for Tiburcio will be on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Vigil at 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903. Funeral mass will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Santo Niño de Atocha Catholic Church, 210 S. Clark Drive, El Paso, Texas. 79905. Committal service to follow at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79907.
