Troy is survived by his wife, Maria Socorro Kirtley; daughters Samantha Irene Kirtley; Bettie Kirtley; Betsy Kirtley; sons Christopher Kirtley; and Kenneth Kirtley; sister Sherri Kirtley, brothers George Kirtley, Robert Kirtley and Steven Kirtley; grandchildren Victoria Cole, Ashley Bricker, Paul Yoho Jr., Devin Kirtley, Oliver Navarro Kirtley and Ryan Kirtley.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 23, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue with Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue with burial following at 2:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue with military honors.
