Aban is survived by her loving husband, Manucher; her brothers, Tehmton and Neville Mistry, and their wives, Farida and Vaibhavi; her sister-in-law, Dolly, her nephews, Jamshid, Zubin, and niece Delna. Great Aunt to Ushain, Arman, Jahan, Feryal, Rushad, Gurvan, Rohaan and Jazmin.
Aban worked as a Budget Assistant at the World Bank, where she was known for her dedication and warmth.
Aban had a great, friendly personality and was always jovial, bringing light into any room she entered. She found great joy in watching her favorite television shows and cherished the occasional trip to the casino, where she loved to try her luck and simply enjoy the company of those around her.
Aban will be deeply missed by all who knew her, remembered for her warmth, humor, and the joy she brought to everyone she met.
A funeral service will be held on September 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075.
Prayers will be performed by Mobed Ervad Brigadier Behram Panthaki
