Cameron Sean Lee

He is survived by his mother, Michelle Acers, Ryan Cornell, his sister Shannon Lee Burton, Her husband David Burton and nephews, Shaun, Tyler and Blake. He was preceded in death by his father Jack R. Lee, his grandparents, Stephen Acers and Francis and Eleanor Lee.

He was primarily a talented carpenter throughout most his adult life working with our beloved Ryan Cornell, but more recently had become a Security Officer, and was really enjoying that career.

Cameron grew up in Estes Park, Colorado from the age of 2 and attended school at Estes Park High School.

Being mountain bred, he was a lover of all things outdoors and was a great fan of “Bear Grylls” and his survival skills. His enthusiasms encompassed hiking, hunting and fishing, camping and skiing. He also had a great love for the BBC’s “Top Gear” and all things Fast and Furious. Though he was a mountain boy, with his own fur coat, he always dreamed of Florida.

Cameron was a good, loyal friend and devoted son. He lit up a room with friends, if not only with his personality, then with his collection of party lights. He was known from childhood through adulthood to start all conversations with “SUP?”!

Cameron was a personal champion to his Mom, calling him ‘Cammy’. With the special bond they had, he was always ready to jump on any adventures she invented. He was raised as a baby, 7 days a week, at Hidden Valley Ski Area, while his Mom taught Skiing, and was always ready to jump off Trail Ridge and ski out-of-bounds with his Mom.

Cameron also loved outdoor adventures with his Dad and had a close relationship with him. Sadly, he was present during his father’s passing and attempted to resuscitate him which did affect him in later times.

Cameron especially loved to be helpful to others and continually showed his compassion and good nature. He was truly a good and kind person.

There will be a dimmer sunrise, a sadder song, missing joy, and a hole too big to fill with the loss of this beloved friend, brother and son, our sweet Cameron. He will be greatly missed, but finally at peace.

There will be a service held at The American Legion Post 119 in Estes Park on Saturday July, 28 beginning at 4:00 PM, followed immediately by a celebration of his life, and comradery between friends and family. Food will be provided, however any additional Potluck dishes shared at this event will be greatly appreciated and enjoyed, but certainly not required.
