She graduated from Stratford High School in Iowa in 1963. Her parents, Herschel & Edna had moved to Ames, Iowa where she met the love of her life, Prince Beall, who was attending Iowa State University. They married in the summer of 1966, at the same time that she graduated from Iowa Methodist with her degree in nursing. Cleone was an orthopedic RN at St. Francis Hospital. Afterward, she was a nurse auditor at Riverside Hospital. After retirement, Cleone enjoyed working at Brownfield’s in Estes Park.
Cleone led a remarkable life holding her faith, family and friends at the forefront. Her servant heart was an example to all as she continued to volunteer within her church and community throughout her time in Wichita & Estes Park. Many were blessed by her musical talent as she faithfully shared her love of song, piano and organ in Sunday morning services. Outside of church you would often find her playing her piano and leading a local jug band. Of all her beautiful gifts, talents and passions – she was happiest when surrounded by family and friends sharing a meal or playing a competitive game of cards. She was adored by all who knew her and will be incredibly missed as she rests peacefully in the arms of her savior.
Cleone is survived by her husband, Prince of 60 years and three children; Kari Jo(Scott), Brady(Loni) and Jon(Sherry). She also left behind eight grandkids; Matt(Brooke), Jake(Sydney), Luke(Hailey), AJ(Bayley), Elizabeth, Kara, Cooper & Wyatt. She has seven great grandchildren; Sawyer, Noah, Cohen, Lily, Bear, Presley & Jaxon. She is also survived by her brothers, Wally(Dotti), Allan(Susan) and her sister Claire(Lynn).
She will be remembered as the matriarch pillar of our family. Her visitation will be held on November 7th of 2026 at Pathway Church – Westlink from 10 am to noon. Please send flowers to Resthaven by November 6th for her visitation or you can donate to CrossRoads Ministry and dedicate it to Cleone Beall at www.crossroadsep.org/donate .
