Charles proudly served as a veteran of the United States Air Force, a commitment that reflected a steady sense of duty and respect for country. He later worked as a diesel mechanic, a trade that called for skill, reliability, and the kind of quiet perseverance that earns trust over a lifetime.
He is survived by his daughters, Louise Driggers (Kenneth) of Mount Dora, Florida, Kathy Croughwell (Chris) of Leesburg, Florida, and Melina Catoe (Chuck) of Tavares, Florida; six grandchildren, Ryan, Amanda, Lindsay, Stephanie, Anamarie, and Kaitlin; and three great-grandchildren, Kaydence, Noah, and Kaleo.
