Clarence Junior Chambliss, 89, passed away on April 14, 2026. He was born on August 13, 1936, in Lutz, Florida, and was a lifelong resident of Florida, most recently residing in Leesburg, Florida. Clarence was the owner and operator of a lawn service, a calling that reflected a steady work ethic and a life shaped by reliability and straightforward honesty. In the ways that matter most—showing up, doing what was right, and caring for others—he was deeply valued and warmly regarded by those who knew him. He shared 71 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Martha Davis, a testament to enduring devotion and the quiet strength of a life built together. Clarence was preceded in death by his brothers, L.J Chambliss and Willie Chambliss. He is survived by his son, David (Angela) Chambliss of Leesburg, Florida; his sister, Mary Chambliss Caskey of Tavares, Florida; and two grandchildren, Briton Bond and Bethany Chambliss. Clarence will be remembered with gratitude and respect, and his life will continue to be cherished by all who loved him.
