

Frankie J. White, 85, of Eustis, Florida, passed away on August 30, 2026. Born May 8, 1941, in Bevinsville, Kentucky, Frankie carried with her a steady devotion to home, family, and faith throughout her life. Born in Bevinsville, Kentucky, to the late Virgil and Rebecca Smallwood, Frankie later moved to Central Florida in 1967 from Clinton, Oklahoma—beginning a new chapter marked by purpose, perseverance, and enduring ties to those she loved. Frankie worked as a Steel & Copper Engraver, a trade that reflected patience, skill, and pride in careful work. Through the years, she was known for the quiet strength and constancy that so often define a life well lived. Frankie was a devoted member of Lake Eustis Christian Church in Eustis, where she found fellowship and shared community through the Go Ye Circle and the Circle of Fellowship. Her presence there was part of a life rooted in faith and sustained by meaningful connection. Frankie is survived by her son, Robert C. (Rochelle) White of Eustis, FL; her brother, L.P. Smallwood of Bevinsville, KY; her sisters, Jean Hall of Bevinsville, KY, and Terri Newman of Bevinsville, KY; and her granddaughters, Katherine and Madeleine. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Glenn White. She will be laid to rest with her late husband at Seneca Cemetery, Eustis.
