Jeffrey Scott Hagar, 67, was born July 21, 1958, in Eustis, Florida, and passed away July 17, 2026. He lived most of his life in the Central Florida area and remained closely rooted to the place that shaped him. Born in Eustis to the late Earl & Ann Hagar, Jeffrey’s life reflected steady devotion to home, family, and the work of everyday living. He worked as a Truss Builder, Hernando County School Board Maintenance Worker and Hernando County Parks Worker, roles that called for reliability and pride in honest labor—qualities that marked his days and the way he carried his responsibilities. Jeffrey was a member of Lake Eustis Christian Church, Eustis, where his faith and fellowship found a home within the community he knew so well. He is survived by his daughter, Megan Hagar of LaGrange, GA; his brother, Troy Allen Hagar of Brooksville, FL; and his sister, Deborah F. Bryant of Eustis, FL.
