Joan was the daughter of Ralph E. Mills and Margaret Virginia Mills. In the 1970’s, she owned “Joan’s Beauty Boutique” in Poolesville, Maryland. In 2005, she moved to Central Florida from Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Joan is survived by her sons, Frank Lee of Leesburg, FL and Chris Lee (Sally) of Poolesville, MD; her daughters, Sheila Davis of Surfside Beach, SC and Gail Casarez (Jim) of Fair Oaks, CA; her sister, Mary Palmer of Gaithersburg, MD; 13 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
