John Richard Kaiser Jr., age 70, passed away on July 3, 2026. Born March 17, 1956, in Buffalo, New York, he was the son of the late John Richard Kaiser, Sr. and Lillian Jane Kaiser. In the mid-1970’s, he moved to Orlando, Florida, where he made his home.
John Richard Kaiser Jr. was a cherished and beloved presence to those who knew him—steady in his care for others and known for the kind of hard-working reliability that is shown more than it is spoken. He served as a Security Guard with Manheim Auto Auction in Ocoee, a role that reflected his commitment to doing his work with consistency and pride.
Beyond his daily responsibilities, he found genuine enjoyment in the simple pleasures that made life bright: motorcycles, roller coasters, McDonalds, and fishing—interests that brought him both excitement and quiet contentment over the years.
He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Sharpe.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary of Orlando; daughter, Emma (Andrew) Schmalgemeier of Glen Burnie, MD; daughter, Mary (Jeffrey) Baldwin or Orlando, FL; brother, Larry Kaiser of Florida; brother, Robert Kaiser of South Carolina; sister, Mary Jane Kaiser of FLorida; sister, Susan Kaiser of New York; sister, Kathy Kaiser of New York; sister, Patti Kaiser of New York; sister, Lillian Kaiser of New York; sister Terri Kaiser of Texas; 8 grandchildren, Sabrina, Erin, Daniel, Hunter, Austin, Tammy, Zyonna, Nathaniel; and 7 great-grandchildren, Lydin, Lillian, Ivalez, Alfonso, Silas, Arianna, Zilly and his late daughter, Tammy's mother, Michele Malota.
May his memory be held with honor and respect, and may those who loved him find comfort in the enduring impact of his life.
