Many heartfelt prayers for Mike, Caren, Sharon (Sha Sha), and Roberta - as they grieve the loss of their mother.  I grew up knowing the family in high school and at church. 
June was a great friend to my mother offering rides to mass and church events at St. Mary’s, when my mother could not drive due to health issues.  
June raised her children in Catholic faith with admirable and dedication to serve.  I do know that Mike is continuing to serve with his faith  in Christ at our local church in Woodstock, GA, which is in the same county that I live in.  June was so proud of Mike and all of her children. 
June is no longer in pain and in my mind no doubt with our Lord, Jesus Christ. I pray so. 
Wish I could have come to the service but all my prayers were there with the family.

With great sadness, we remember Mama June, a beacon of intelligence, kindness, and cultural curiosity.  I was struck by her curiosity when I re-read a couple of old emails exchange we had. In one of those emails she asked me about the cultural significance of my name. Her enthusiasm was inspiring, and I was happy to share my story with her. In another one, her love for learning was evident in her fascination with 'Bush Mangoes,' a type of mango that brought back memories of my childhood in Cameroon. 
Her warmth and open heart touched many lives, inspiring all who knew her to embrace diversity and pursue knowledge. Her legacy of love, laughter, and exploration will live on through the countless lives she inspired. May Mama rest in peace 🙏."

Mrs. Frost lived a couple of houses away from where I grew up.  I was friends with Mike and Charon.  She was always kind to us when we visited.  She was a good mother and reared her children well in the Catholic faith.  May God welcome her home and may He comfort those who will miss her!

I have been friends and classmates since childhood with June's children and knew her well.She was alway's very nice to me and have always kept in touch with a phone call at Christmas and in recent years with in person visits.I delivered some groceries once and always brought her some chocolate On my last visit at the request of Mike I took her a breakfast steak from her favorite resturant and she was thrilled with it.I will miss her and our talks and conversations and I wish her peace in her new Heavenly home.

Thank you for being such a wonderful aunt to Holly and me! Thank you also for being a wonderful great aunt to our children. Growing up, it was always so much fun coming to see you, Caren, Michael, and Sha Sha. Bill and I enjoyed our trips to see you, Bob, Roberta, and her children. I treasure the crocheted Christmas stars you made and sent to Bill and me each year, enclosed in a Christmas card. My children, their friends, Holly's children, and her grandchildren all loved playing with your recipe for peanut butter Playdough! Throughout the years, I have used the many recipies you sent to me, on a recipe card each year at Christmas. 
I remember advice you gave me when I was pregnant; you said, "Have natural childbirth" which you experienced first hand with Roberta. Gone were the days when women were automatically put to sleep in order for the doctor to deliver one's babies.  I enjoyed hearing your stories about Lake County.
