Katherine Cassese

Katherine was a devoted wife, sharing 58 years of marriage with her husband, Fred Cassese. Her family was everything to her. Her sons, Michael and Sean Cassese, were the joys of her life. Through every season, she met life with steady courage and resilience, offering the kind of faithful, gentle presence that made others feel cared for and understood.

She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—shopping, cooking shows, and board games—but above all, in time spent with those she loved. Known as a true jokester, Katherine’s warm humor and kind-hearted spirit brought laughter into the room and lightened even ordinary moments. Her generosity and thoughtfulness were felt in quiet, consistent ways, reflecting a selfless nature and an honest, loyal heart.

Katherine was a member of East Coast Life Church in Tavares, Florida, and she dearly loved the people in her church community. Her faith was an anchor, and her compassion for others was evident in the way she showed up, listened, and cared.

Katherine was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by her sons, Michael and Sean Cassese; her sister, Linda Parrott (Nick); her brother, Pat Esposito; her niece, Amber Esposito; her nephew, Tyson Mraz; her niece, Brandy Parrott; and many more loving family and friends.
