Sandra Hollon, 74, of Tavares, Florida, passed away on June 25, 2026. Born on September 13, 1951, in Dothan, Alabama, Sandra’s life was marked by steady devotion to family, meaningful work, and the quiet joys that made ordinary days feel carefully tended and complete.
Sandra graduated from Apopka High School and went on to build a career in education with the Orange County School District. In that work, she carried a deep respect for learning and the importance of showing up with consistency and care—values that also shaped the way she lived and loved.
On June 6, 1970, Sandra married Jimmy “Jim” Hollon, beginning a marriage rooted in commitment and shared life. In the years that followed, Sandra’s warmth was often found in the simple pleasures she cherished most: getting lost in a good book, enjoying time at the beach, and bringing beauty and order to her surroundings through decorating—each a reflection of her thoughtful attention to home and heart.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Jimmy “Jim” Hollon; her children, Tammy Ehrlich, Nicole (Davis) Watkins, and Scott (Brian Bender) Hollon; her grandchildren, Michael (Lenzi) Ehrlich, Hailey Ehrlich, Raegen (Kassandra Perez) Vallee, Maesi Vallee, Alex Watkins, Audrey Watkins, and Eva Watkins; her great-grandbabies, Landon Ehrlich, Jackson Ehrlich, and Olivia Whitmer; and her sister, Melinda (Bill) Staton.
A visitation will be held at Harden-Pauli Funeral Home, 1617 South Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726, on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 pm, with a reception immediately afterward.
