Stacy graduated from Tehachapi High School in Tehachapi, California and had a career in insurance with State Farm.
Stacy was a single mother who prided herself on raising her son, Jason Herrera. Fiercely independent and opinionated, she was passionate about animals, food, and culinary TV as well as film and entertainment. She was the best mom to be raised by, the best sister to pass the time with laughter and love, the most fun-loving Auntie to her nephews and niece, and a loving daughter. In her final years she found all the joy in the world from being MiMi to her granddaughter. She leaves a hole in the hearts of everyone who loved her, but also a lifetime of joy and memories to be cherished.
Stacy is survived by her son, Jason Herrera; her sister, Renae Herrera Tanner; and her two grandchildren, Everlee Herrera and Parker Herrera.
