He was known for his deep love for family and friends, his carefree spirit, his love of motorcycles, and his well-known habit of wearing his shirt inside out, a small quirk that never failed to bring a smile to those who knew him. Chuck was preceded in death by his father, William Charles Chapman, Sr. (W.C.), his mother, Glendora “LaVern” Chapman, and his son, William Drake Chapman. He is survived by his sisters, Tanja de Cort (Thierry De Cort), Tonja Shimfessel, and Teresa Chapman, several nieces and nephews, his daughter, Jessica Chapman Moulden (Wesley), and his beloved granddaughters, Everlee Moulden and Laney Moulden. A celebration of life will be held at Jessica's House, 85 Malauka Trak, Ocklawaha on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM
