Donald E. Montgomery

"Frog" owned the Parker Inn Tavern for 10 years and the Parker Mini-Mart for 31 years. He was a long time St. Louis Cardinals fan and liked camping. He was involved in dirt track auto racing and followed his children who raced for 10 years. The family extends a special thank you to Sharon Stoltz with Deaconess VNA Plus Hospice for her excellent care.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Raymond Montgomery.

Donald is survived by his wife of 61 years, Beverly "Annette" (Woodward) Montgomery; sons, Donnie (Margaret), Jeff, and Jason (Andrea) Montgomery; daughter, Becky (Donnie) Dockery; sister, Darlene (Cecil) Bazan; grandchildren, Chris, William "BJ", Ryan, Alyssa and Austin; and several great-grandchildren.

A Prayer Service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 26, 2017 at Alexander Memorial Park, Heritage Chapel, officiated by Father Phil Krelein. Friends may visit 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Alexander West Chapel and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to service time at Heritage Chapel.
