Joyce L Hayden

Joyce was born September 26, 1936 in Evansville to the late Charles Albert and Alice (Lynn) Reutter. She had worked as a receptionist for many years for Whirlpool Corporation and for Dr. Logan. She was a member of St. James West United Methodist Church.

Surviving Joyce are a daughter, Pamela Scheller of St. Wendel, IN; three sons, Mark (Diane) Hayden of Evansville, Curt (Nita) Hayden of Fishers, IN and W. Bryan (Ellie) Hayden of Evansville; seven grandchildren, Gary (Brittney) Thomas, Tara (Simon) Wieber, Brandon (Amber) Hayden, Stephanie (Kyle) Center, Sara Hayden, Christian and Julia Anticona and a great grandchild, Colton Hayden.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by two sisters, June Burnett and Shirley Clayton and by five brothers, Floyd, Clifford, Marvin, Donald “Gus”

and Kenneth Reutter.

Funeral services for Joyce will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Gene Backes officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
