Kate was born in Evansville, Indiana on February 8, 1929 to the late Clarence and Veronica (Becking)

Wagner. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, ceramics and playing bingo.

Kate is survived by a daughter, Terry Smallwood (Lonney Jr.) of Evansville, IN; sons, Rick Wigginton

(Jennifer) of Evansville, IN, Ronald Wigginton (Debbie) of Maricopa, AZ, and Robert Wigginton

(Susie) of Coloma MI; grandchildren, Melissa Kothe (Billy), Stephanie Holland (Henry), Wendi Pleiss

(Jeff), Toni Smallwood, Kayte Wigginton, Emily Wigginton; great-grandchildren, Corey Rothschild,

Cody Holland, Austin Holland, Brooke Holland, Charley Rose Pleiss, Hazel Christine Pleiss, a greatgreat-

granddaughter, Zoey Lynn Rothschild; and several nieces and nephews.

Kate was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Charles M. Wigginton in 2007; her parents;

siblings, Lorraine Spillman, Wilfred Wagner, Wilburn Wagner; and two grandchildren, Jerry Wayne

Stearman Jr. and Shawn Wigginton.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Browning Funeral Home. 738

Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711 with Father Ted Tempel officiating. Burial will follow at

Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Browning Funeral Home.
