I am so sad to learn of Margie's passing.  She was an intelligent,caring and gentle-spirited lady with a great sense of humor.  I have fond memories of our years as neighbors in Newburgh.

I met Mrs. Moore when I started working with her daughter,Katie at Talbots in Evansville. Katie and I became great friends and Mrs. Moore always welcomed me into her home like family. She will be missed but she will be remembered for her kindness and loving generosity. My thoughts and prayers go out to you Moore family.

Margie was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed.  We grew up next door to each other on Elizabeth Street and became fast friends.  She was a loving soul with a great sense of humor.  I share in your deep sorrow of your loss.

Our dear "Moore" friends. Your mom was such a delight and I always enjoyed coming over to your home and having many laughs and good talks. I believe her favorite word to use was "hysterical." That still makes me smile to this day. Please know that we are thinking and praying for you during this hard time. Much love from Oklahoma.

I was so sorry to learn about your mother's passing. Losing a parent, and all the memories held by that generation, is such a heavy thing.  My study today was I Thess 4:13-14 about grieving "not as those who have no hope"! May that truth be a comfort to you at this sad time.  I understand well the joy of knowing your mother is no longer suffering from a terrible disease and is in Heaven, but also the sadness of saying goodbye to her from this earth.

Margie loved the Lord with all of her heart, mind and soul...and she loved her husband and children in the same way!  I so enjoyed working beside her in Women's Ministry and Cullen Avenue. and she was a dear friend in BSF Bible Study. I am so sorry and saddened by the passing of Margie. I have many fond memories of her hospitality and conversations we had during my visits while I was growing up. She will certainly be missed.

Katie, Josh & Sara, Your mom was a special person who was my friend while we were growing up.  She lived two doors away from me and we had many happy times together.
