

Mary was born in Evansville, Indiana on October 31, 1929 to the late Charles Lewis and Victoria (Hartman) Logel. She graduated from Memorial High School in 1948 and later from Lockyear Business College. Early in her career she was employed at Anchor Supply and later, she worked ten years at Shannon's Studio of Dance and then she was the manager of the Ramada Inn Spa before retiring. She was a lifetime member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Mary was also past president of the Altar Society at Holy Spirit for 2 years and past president of the bowling league at Colonial Lanes for 5 years where she once bowled a women's 300 game. She coached the girls CYO baseball and volleyball teams and also helped with the boys basketball teams at Holy Spirit.
Mary is survived by her son, Leonard "Lenny" R. Titzer, (Joanne) of Brooklyn, NY; step sons, Jackie Weber (Brenda), Jerry Lamar (Cindy) both of Newburgh, IN; sister, Betty Jo Hallinan of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Laura Lee Henzman of Evansville, IN, Marshall and Austin Titzer-Brockley of New York, NY and Jason Lamar of Evansville, IN; son-in-law, Ramey Henzman; daughter-in-law, GiGi Titzer of Evansville, IN.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Weber; daughter, Sabra Lee Henzman; son, Gary E. Titzer; her parents; and brothers, Gene Logel and Leonard Logel.
A celebration of Mary's life will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday April 14, 2014 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Avenue, Evansville, IN 47711 with Father Alex Zenthoefer and Mary's son, Lenny and Mary's granddaughter, Laura officiating.
Friends may visit from 2:00 PM until service time on Monday at Browning Funeral Home.
