Michael W Harp Sr

He retired from Bristol Myers after 31 years of service and owned and operated Harp's Tax Service for 35 years. Mike spent the first 15 years of his life in Uniontown, KY and was raised in Evansville, IN. He was a graduate of Reitz High School. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and his MBA from the University of Evansville. He loved playing cards, photography and travel, and was a member of the Bristol Myers Retiree's Clabber Club.

Mike is survived by his wife of 23 years, Frances; son, Mike Harp, Jr. (Lisa) and their children, Britlee and Bailee; daughter, Tammy Sexson (Steve) and their children, Jeremy (Alison), Ariel and Emma, and future great-grandson in April, 2014; stepson, Odis C. Meredith, Jr. (Cindy) and their children, Caden, Christina, Chase, and Codie; stepson, Louis C. Meredith (Crystal) and their children, Lexa, Louis, Jr. and Lyla.

Services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 14, 2013, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Brett Doninger, with entombment at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday 3 to 8 PM and Thursday 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.
