

She worked at the State Hospital from 1964 until she retired in 1988, and had also worked at the Evansville Shipyard during WWII. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, cooking, and cleaning.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Bledsoe; sister, Mary Ditterline; and daughter-in-law, Sue Taylor.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Taylor; grandchildren, Shona Flick, Kelley (Scott) Haire, and Allison (Steve) Robinson; great-grandchildren, Jerry and Billy Parmenter and Randy Haire; great-great-granddaughter, Olivia Parmenter; step-grandchildren, Susan (Jim) Watterson, Mike Bolby and Steve (Cita) Bolby; four step-great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandson.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Randy Owens, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
