She was preceded in death by parents, Donald and Judith Pugh; sister, Darla Jane Horne; niece, Jennifer Horne.
Paula is survived by niece, Jill Jackson; nephew, Andrew Horne; great-babies, Will, Elizabeth & Tyler Jackson, and Lily Horne.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Howell General Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Terry Gamblin. The family would like to invite family members and friends to a dinner following the service on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Howell General Baptist Church in memory of Paula.
