Ricky Allen Perkins, 41, passed away, Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born June 13, 1971 in Henderson, KY.
He was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. Ricky enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley and his chickens.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Perkins.
Ricky is survived by his son, Dustin Perkins; daughters, Jessica, Kelsi, Courtney (Little Ricky); mother, Anna Perkins; brothers; sisters; uncle; grandson; girlfriend, Patty; and bestfriend, David.
Services will be 2:00PM Monday, May 6, 2013 at Alexander Memorial Park Heritage Chapel officiated by Rev. Curtis Hall with burial in Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from noon until service time at the cemetery chapel.
