Bob retired from the Laborers Union after 30 years in construction.
He served in the US Navy.
Bob coached baseball and basketball. He was a wonderful husband and father. He loved being around his close friends. He was a very good man.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Dorothy Lindsay.
Robert is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Sanders; son, Robert E. Sanders; brother, Charles Lindsay (Maryanne); nieces and nephews; and close friend, Karen and Rick Catt.
Services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, February 10, 2014, at Alexander Memorial Park, with entombment to follow. Friends may visit Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at the cemetery.
