To Our Cousin, Sam, you will remain in our memory and hearts forever. To Uncle Jack and Aunt Virginia, cousins Dan, Dennis and Tom we can't imagine the void that Sam passing has left in your life. We pray God will give you the strength each new day to find a way to remember Sam with a smile.
For his smile was unforgettable.
