Annie was born on August 5, 1994 in Everett, Washington to parents Barbara and Kerry Ford. At the age of three months, she was diagnosed with Aicardi Syndrome, a rare neurologic disorder. Although she faced many medical challenges, her life was defined not by her diagnosis, but by the love, joy, and strength she brought to those around her.
Annie is survived by her mother Barbara (Mueller), father Kerry, and four older siblings; brothers Max (Marvin) and Tucker (Desiree), sisters Emily (Dexx) and Sadie. She is also lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews, family and friends.
Annie was our family's silent teacher. Although she could not talk, she taught those around her the depths of their love, patience, commitment and character. While she could not walk, she showed us the value of health and strength. Despite being mentally impaired, she gave us the gift of finding joy in the simple things. Annie, without one word, taught us unconditional love.
A celebration of Annie's life will be held on September 20th 2025 at 1:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home & Cemetery in Everett, WA.
