

Arlene lived a full and vibrant life, dedicated to her family and community. She married the love of her life, Robert Morrison, on August 31, 1951, and together they raised three wonderful children. She was an amazing Aunt, Grandma, and “Great Ma” to her nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Arlene took great pride in her role as a mother and grandmother, always putting her family first and creating lasting memories with them.
She was a member of the Camano Island Quilters and the Lake Goodwin Community Club, where she found joy in sharing her passion for quilting and crafting with others. She was known for her artistic talents, especially in painting, which brought beauty and inspiration to those around her.
Arlene leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. Left to cherish her memory are her children Tamera (Craig), Steve (Marianne), Bruce (Rochelle); sister in laws, Mary Lou and Arra; several nieces and nephews; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Maurice and Augusta; sister and brother in law, Leona and Harold; brother and sister in law, Kenneth and Anne, brother in laws George, Bernie and Orv, and sister in law Joann.
As Maya Angelou once said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Arlene Morrison made everyone she met feel loved and cherished, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed her path.
Arlene's memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, creativity, and kindness that will continue to inspire others for years to come. May she rest in peace, knowing she was truly cherished.
