Barbara lived a full, active, and happy life. She loved people, especially the body of Christ. She loved to camp & fish with family and friends. Barbara loved to garden and be outdoors. Her long life was full of adventures. She survived the Great Depression, she riveted planes at Boeing during WWII, she was a flagger for CAPA, Barbara even worked on a dairy farm along the Snohomish River and Ebey Slough. Barbara kept hundreds of newspaper clippings journaling the history of the Nation and the State of Washington over the last hundred years and wrote many stories and poems inspired from her experiences living in Snohomish County her entire life.
Barbara loved her family and her friends tremendously well, but her dearest passion was her love of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She long for the day she would see Him face to face and her life was spent in anticipation of that Day. Oh, how she wanted everyone to know Him.
