She was born October 8, 1941 in Renton, Washington to Albert and Ann Donati.
Carolyn was raise in Black Diamond, WA and graduated from Enumclaw High School and attended Shoreline Community College. She enjoyed cross stitch, quilting, traditional rug hooking, Tai Chi, RV travel and snow skiing. Carolyn and John were longtime members of Family Motorcoach Association and Winnebago Itasca Travelers Club.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dave Smith and her parents.
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, John I. Henderson; daughter, Kimberly (Sean) Gephardt of Bellevue, WA; step-children, Pam Sanden and Duane (Connie) Henderson; sister, Marilyn Kienke; and 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 10 a.m. followed by a reception at Evergreen Funeral Home, Everett, WA.
Private Interment at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Everett.
