Channing "Lew" Romaine Lewis

Channing Romaine "Lew" Lewis, age 91, of Lynnwood, Washington passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Born September 4, 1932, the youngest of four children to True & Lena Lewis in Ruch, OR. The family later moved to Washington State, living in the town of Snohomish and then to Everett. After graduating from Everett High School, Lew enlisted in the US Navy.

Lew returned to this area after serving in the Navy, where he met and married the love of his life Anna Marie Reddeman. Together they had three kids, Kevin, Kimberly & Korey living most of their married life in Lake Stevens.

Lew worked as a logger his entire adult life. Always enjoyed being outdoors, be it for work, to hunt, fish, camping or crabbing.

Lew was preceded in death by his parents, Trumain & Lena Lewis, his brother Bud Lewis and sisters Carmelita and Shirley. He is survived by his wife of nearly 70 years Anna, son Kevin (Brenda) Lewis, daughter Kimberly (Bob) Hall and son Korey Lewis. Also survived by five grandchildren Kyleigh , Nathan,

Kameron, Alicia & Bobby as well as four great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held for Lew on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 2pm in the Waltz Building, located at 116 Avenue B in Snohomish .
